Due to continued expansion within the Listers Group we are now seeking a Transporter Driver to deliver our new vehicles Nationwide.

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Description

We seek Category C (HGV2) drivers with tachograph experience (digital card holders are preferred).

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Delivering vehicles to customer’s homes or work premises and ensuring the completion of all relevant paperwork.
  • Providing a professional and courteous hand-over to the customer.
  • Receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where required.
  • Collection of vehicles from Motor dealers around the Country.

What we’ll looking for

  • This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Driver, Transporter or HGV2 Driver ideally within a dealership environment.
  • A reliable and well presented individual with a professional attitude.
  • Someone confident in their ability to deal with customers face to face.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • A competent and confident driver.
  • A flexible working attitude, but in recognition of this a competitive salary awaits.

Your typical hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm but a degree of flexibility is required.
