Hays Education is proud to be working with a specialist SEN school in Rugby, supporting their recruitment of Supply SEN Teachers. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established setting that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
Your new role
As a Supply SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment and adapt learning to meet the individual needs of pupils. Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility or longer-term assignments, you'll play a key role in supporting students to achieve their full potential.
This role would suit experienced SEN Teachers, Mainstream Teachers looking to move into SEN, or ECTs with a passion for inclusive education.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching children or young people
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
- A passion for making a positive difference to young people's lives
