Hays Education, in partnership with a specialist school in Rugby, is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse needs.

You will work alongside teachers to help pupils engage in learning, build confidence and reach individual targets.

Ideal candidates have experience with children or vulnerable groups, SEN background, patient and resilient approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

The role runs 12 weeks with potential permanence after a full academic year.
