I’m working with a well-established and highly respected property and land consultancy looking to add a Senior Rural Surveyor to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive rural division, working across a varied portfolio and advising a wide range of clients — from private landowners through to developers and investors.

You’ll be based across Atherstone and Ashby, covering a broad regional patch, with a strong team around you but plenty of autonomy in your role.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Rural property agency work – instructions, marketing, negotiations, sales progression
  • Valuations – Red Book across a variety of rural assets
  • Land & estate management – FBTs, contract farming and general management
  • RPA & grants – BPS, Countryside Stewardship and related schemes
  • Planning & development – supporting applications and advising on opportunities
  • Client advisory across rural property portfolios
  • Involvement in dispersal and collective sales
  • It's a genuinely varied role with exposure across the full rural spectrum
