- Knowledge of building maintenance, estates management and premises operations.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with staff, contractors and external partners.
- IT literacy, including use of Microsoft.

As our Site Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the school provides a safe, secure, welcoming and well-maintained environment for students, staff and visitors.
You will lead the day-to-day management of the school site, overseeing premises maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, cleaning and contractor management.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will ensure the school's facilities operate efficiently and support the delivery of outstanding education.

The successful candidate will
- Lead the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation, statutory inspections and premises-related regulations.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, site improvement projects and external contractors to maintain high standards across the school estate.
- Line manage the premises and cleaning teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the effective operation of the school, delivering efficient, responsive and high-quality site services.
