We're recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that has created an environment specifically designed to support children at every stage of their development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Plan and participate in engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
- Support outdoor learning experiences, including Forest School activities
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
