We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Workshop Controller in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with leadership experience within the automotive sector to join a reputable and established dealership.
Basic salary up to £40,000 with an OTE exceeding £42,500 through overtime and bonuses.

Duties of a Workshop Controller:
- Managing and supervising a team of Vehicle Technicians to ensure workshop productivity
- Providing technical guidance and support to the workshop team
- Liaising with Service Advisors and customers to keep them informed on vehicle progress
- Producing accurate customer quotations and invoices using the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Organising and managing job cards, workshop schedules, and workshop administration
- Ensuring all workshop activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and to high standards
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards and workshop quality assurance
Requirements of a Workshop Controller:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry
- Strong technical background as a Vehicle Technician
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Proficiency in using job cards, invoicing systems, email, and Microsoft Office
- Well-developed organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Full UK Driving Licence
