Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a physiotherapist to be professionally and legally responsible for all aspects of care, manage a designated clinical caseload, and work as an autonomous practitioner with regular supervision.

You will communicate with patients, carers and colleagues to maximise rehabilitation potential, coordinating referrals within the MDT.

You must maintain HCPC registration, comply with the CSP codes of professional conduct, and engage in CPD.
