The Role
Working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners, you'll play an important role in supporting a busy commercial property team and helping to deliver an excellent service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to the Commercial Property team
- Assisting with the progression of commercial property transactions
- Preparing and managing legal documentation and correspondence
- Undertaking property and legal searches
- Managing files, records and key dates
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties
- Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and general administrative requirements
- Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timescales
About You
