Our client in Romford, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their reputable dealership.

Compensation and Benefits
- £39,000 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000

Duties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Deliver first-time fix excellence and ensure quality customer service
- Perform vehicle video health checks to identify issues and encourage sell-up opportunities
- Communicate effectively with workshop supervision regarding work progress
- Assist colleagues with technical support and coaching
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete MOTs adhering to DVSA standards (if applicable)
- Support development of your skills, including electric vehicle diagnostics
- Ensure safety and organisational standards are maintained at all times
Requirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and safety standards adherence
- Organisational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work one in eight Saturdays, with paid overtime
