An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our friendly, fast-paced Phlebotomy Department. You will work across both our main hospital sites – Queen's Hospital and King George’s Hospital – providing a high-quality, patient-centred venepuncture service.
We are looking for a calm, confident, and compassionate Phlebotomist who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team across our two hospital sites. You would be expected to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in the department to achieve a high standard of care, with an excellent patient care focus, being pleasant and understanding to members of the public.
Previous experience working as a phlebotomist in a healthcare setting is essential, and all candidates should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. All work will be carried out under the supervision of qualified staff.
To provide safe and efficient phlebotomy services to all hospital areas and be a part of the very highly skilled phlebotomy team while liaising with laboratory staff.

These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
