We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Assistant Branch Manager in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to join a reputable motor trade business and develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

- Basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £40,000
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Alternate Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1 pm

Duties of the Assistant Branch Manager:
- Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability
- Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
- Support the Branch Manager with administrative and financial responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements of the Assistant Branch Manager:
- Minimum of two years' experience within the motor trade, ideally in a motorfactors environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A valid driving licence is preferred
