We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team in Rochford.

Due to the location of the home, a full driving licence is essential, although we can also consider applicants with a motorbike licence who can travel to the home reliably.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll provide person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping people live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy the routines that matter most to them.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Encouraging independence and supporting daily living skills.
  • Assisting with cooking, meal preparation and healthy living.
  • Providing reassurance with personal care where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records, safeguarding logs and person-centred documentation.
  • Working flexibly depending on the needs of each home.

About you
