The Best Connection are currently recruiting Passenger Assistants for a well-established client based near Rochester Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work that fits around other commitments while making a genuine difference in their local community.

As a Passenger Assistant, you will work alongside a Minibus Driver, helping to provide safe and reliable transport for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across the Medway Towns area. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role:

  • Assisting children safely on and off the vehicle
  • Supporting passengers with emotional, physical, and additional needs
  • Ensuring passenger safety throughout each journey
  • Helping create a calm, positive, and supportive environment
  • Assisting with specialist vehicle equipment, including accessibility features (full training provided)
  • Accompanying passengers to and from designated pick-up and drop-off points

This is a rewarding frontline role where your support can have a positive impact on children's daily lives.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday during school term times:

  • Morning Run: 7:00am - 9:30am
  • Afternoon Run: 2:00pm - 4:30pm
