Are you an organised, proactive and confident administrator who enjoys making things run smoothly?

Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a PA to Assistant Directors to provide high-quality support across Public Health, Communities, Public Protection and Neighbourhoods.

This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of the Public Health and Communities Directorate, providing vital support to Assistant Directors responsible for improving health outcomes, protecting vulnerable residents and strengthening our neighbourhoods and communities across the borough.

In this varied role, you will manage complex diaries, emails and correspondence, prepare agendas and minutes, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records and help coordinate day to day business across busy service areas. You will be trusted to handle sensitive information, prioritise competing demands, use your initiative and build positive relationships with colleagues, elected members and partner organisations.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, good IT skills and experience of PA support.
