Key Responsibilities - Female Housing Support Worker
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Liaise with partner agencies to facilitate access support services.
- Support clients in navigating housing benefits and financial assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.
- The Candidate
- Experience working with vulnerable people, particularly in housing or social care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
- A driver with access to a car for work and the ability to work across a shift pattern including some weekends.
