Studio Operations Coordinator, art-K Croxley Green art-K is the UK's largest private art education service, delivering fun, skill-based classes to over 8,500 children each week.
Our programme helps develop artistic skills, build confidence, and support mental well-being through inspiring projects taught by passionate educators.
At our Croxley Green branch, the Studio Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an organised, welcoming and inspiring studio environment for both students and the teaching team.
The role ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing stock, preparing teaching resources, maintaining operational systems and supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day studio operations.
This enables our teachers to focus on delivering exceptional lessons and supporting students' long-term artistic development.
- Job Responsibilities
- Studio Operations
- Create and maintain organised systems for student artwork, teaching resources and studio storage.
- Monitor stock levels, order materials within budget and prepare teaching resources, project templates and promotional materials.
- Maintain an inspiring studio environment through attractive displays, seasonal decorations and high standards of organisation.
- Carry out routine compliance checks, coordinate basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors where required.
- Administration & Customer Support
- Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day administration and maintain accurate studio records and booking systems.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries by email, phone and in person, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Support the teaching team by ensuring classrooms, resources and materials are fully prepared for lessons.
- Follow safeguarding, GDPR and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
