M Group is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support valuations, contract administration and cost control across multiple water infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for producing contract-compliant valuations and applications, monitoring certifications, payments and cash receipts while managing notices and correspondence.
You will review valuation quality, resolve disputes, provide guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to risk and opportunity assessments.
