- Swim England Level 1
- Swim England Level 2
- NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches)
- NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
You’ll start with us as a member of the team, working across the leisure centre, shadowing and assisting around the teaching pool, gaining real-world experience as you work toward becoming fully qualified. This is a great way to learn skills on the job and find your own teaching style with the support of other amazing teachers. Once you're ready and have the certificates to go with your newfound skills, you'll dive in and get the opportunity to teach classes of your own!

Terms & Conditions of the role:
- You'll join our team as a Team member for the duration of your training at £12.71 per hour.
- Upon successful completion of all training, your role of a Coach will begin at £17.34 per hour with the opportunity to increase to £18.93 per hour as you develop your skills.
- All training provided by BPL will be fully funded in line with a learner agreement stating an 18 months minimum employment term.
- Total cost of your qualifications for the role are around £1500.
- All successful applicants must demonstrate that they are able to swim prior to enrolment with a water/depth test.
