Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Retford. A driving license is essential for this role. Unfortunately, candidates who do not hold a full UK driving license will not be moved any further with the recruitment process. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
What we're looking for:

Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
