Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for a role where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy leading people, working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for delivering outstanding results? C2 Recruitment is looking for a Retail Team Leader to join a growing national team, leading stocktaking projects for some of the UK's biggest retailers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll motivate your team, ensure stock counts are completed accurately and deliver an excellent service to clients across your region.

The Role

You'll lead a team of Retail Stock Counters, travelling to different retail sites each day and making sure every stocktake is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team throughout each shift
  • Delivering accurate stock counts using handheld scanning technology
  • Ensuring company procedures and health & safety standards are followed
  • Providing outstanding customer service on every client site
  • Monitoring team performance and productivity
  • Coaching and supporting new team members
  • Completing shift reports and ensuring all stock count data is accurate

As you'll be working across different locations, occasional overnight stays may be required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience leading a team within Retail, Hospitality, Warehousing or a similar fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to travel and work evening or night shifts

Hours

48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, Evening and night shifts
