The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you’lltravel area, supportingwhereyou’reneeded most. It’sa great wayto meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day.

Day to dayyou’llwork alongside the store manager to
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
- Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
- This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
