To manage and have oversight on a day to day basis, in close liaison with the Nurse consultant for deteriorating patient and clinical skills, all Resus team projects, training, audits, reports, and databases within Resuscitation Service for CNWL
To ensure provision of an efficient confidential administrative support is maintained in support of the Nurse consultant for deteriorating patient and clinical skills and the Resuscitation Manager.
This will include minute taking, typing confidential reports, policies and procedures, and the organisation of different meeting groups.
To be responsible for and manage the coordination of all external accredited Resuscitation Courses, liaising with Course Directors, instructors, candidates and all other stakeholders
To lead and coordinate the review and assurance of Resuscitation team equipment across the trust
To assist in improving the processes around resuscitation in the trust in the context of the increasing emphasis placed on resuscitation.
To lead on the roll out of the new Basic life support (L1)system of training for administrators
Provide confidential administrative support to the Nurse Consultant, Resuscitation Manager and Resuscitation Officers, including organising meetings, taking minutes, managing action logs, preparing reports, correspondence, policies and governance records.
Coordinate externally accredited resuscitation courses, liaising with Course Directors, instructors, candidates and stakeholders.
Manage training schedules, venues and logistics, and coordinate the CNWL Resuscitation Faculty supporting ILS delivery.
Represent the Resuscitation Service at meetings and events.
Maintain stock control systems for clinical and non-clinical equipment.
Receive, analyse and appropriately share confidential information in line with information governance requirements.
Manage multiple priorities across Trust sites, maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, prioritising enquiries and escalating issues as required.
Develop and maintain databases supporting training, governance, audit and operational reporting.
Produce promotional materials to raise awareness of the Resuscitation Service.
Maintain oversight of resuscitation equipment across multiple sites.
Lead implementation of Tendable (or equivalent) for daily equipment assurance and Trust-wide rollout.
Develop and maintain the Resuscitation and Deteriorating Patient action log, including incident tracking, trend analysis and monitoring actions to support continuous quality improvement.
