We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in order to support the development and expansion of the Company.
The fulfilment of the role will help Hanawata London maintain exceptional customer service standards, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure the efficient management of staff and resources to achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate the day-to‑day operations of the restaurant to ensure the efficient delivery of high‑quality food and customer service.
- Manage, supervise and motivate restaurant staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, effective performance management, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, budgeting and cost management to maximise operational efficiency and profitability while minimising waste.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
