Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced *Registered Care Manager* to lead and grow with the business.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care service in line with CQC regulations, ensuring compliance and high standards of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the service in compliance with CQC and company standards.
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality assurance.
- Recruit, train, and manage care staff.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and families.
- Promote business growth and support new client onboarding.
- Ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role.
- Be CQC-registered or eligible to register.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of current legislation and CQC standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
