SSP is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to provide a high-quality building fabric maintenance service across North London to Milton Keynes. You will plan and deliver a proactive maintenance programme while continually improving fault reduction and service uptime.
You will support the Maintenance Manager and colleagues with clear communication on unit maintenance needs, ensuring all work orders flow through the Maintenance Helpdesk or PDAs.
