Requirements

  • HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimating within refurbishment and new build sectors
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
  • Experience managing project financials, CVRs and forecasting
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing tenders, estimates and Bills of Quantities
  • Managing project costs, CVRs and financial forecasting
  • Coordinating bids and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Negotiating supply chain and subcontractor pricing
  • Managing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
