As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, you’ll join a forward-thinking estate services team tackling some of the most important challenges in housing today. What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out regular estate inspections, addressing minor issues and ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintained.
- Undertake basic maintenance and inspections of communal areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and escalating complex repairs.
- Support the management of anti-social behaviour and environmental nuisance issues, including fly tipping and evidence gathering.
- Maintain a visible presence on estates, addressing concerns, supporting residents, and reporting safety or environmental issues.
- Engage with residents and support community initiatives, encouraging involvement and signposting to relevant services.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to report issues, coordinate actions, and support effective service delivery.
