We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run bodyshop in Redhill, Surrey, seeking a qualified MET Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician to join a well-established team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties of the MET Technician:
- Conducting high-standard electrical and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnosing faults using electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Supporting workshop productivity by assisting in vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining high levels of workshop efficiency
- Providing professional customer service through quality workmanship and reliability
Requirements of the MET Technician:
- Proven experience as a MET Technician in a commercial or dealership setting
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical repairs
- Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures highly desirable
- Relevant NVQ or equivalent certification in vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering quality results
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
