We are proud to be recruiting a Behavioural Pastoral Manager (Scale 6) - a pivotal role at the centre of our Behaviour & Attitudes strategy, responsible for leading the daily operation of whole-school behaviour systems. This is an opportunity to shape the consistency, clarity and impact of sanctions across the school, ensuring that expectations are understood, upheld and delivered with precision.
