The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Adult ADHD Assessor who is also an Independent Prescriber to lead structured diagnostic workups and deliver clear treatment plans. You will conduct follow‑ups to monitor response, initiate and adjust medications within the formulary, contribute to MDT discussions, and uphold safeguarding, consent and information governance.
