We’re seeking an Administrator to join our client in Redcar on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and confident handling a variety of office tasks.
Salary: £14–£16 per hour
Location and Working Pattern: Redcar | Full-time | 39 hours per week | On-site
Client Overview: Our client is a well-established company providing a range of services, working within the O&G, Petrochemical and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general admin tasks including filing, scanning and record keeping
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
- Chase suppliers to ensure deliveries are on time
- Respond to emails and calls professionally
- Update internal systems and databases accurately
Must-have Requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
