We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment process for new staff joining the Trust, including advertising vacancies, coordinating pre-employment checks, and preparing employment offers and contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on continuously improving recruitment services through digital innovation and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Trust policies. You will help deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience by managing recruitment processes promptly and to a high standard.
This hybrid role is based at Milne House, Paddington, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Occasional travel to other Trust sites may be required.

You will provide comprehensive recruitment administration across both Clinical and Corporate Divisions, ensuring recruitment procedures are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Trust standards. You will support candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping to deliver a professional and positive experience from application through to appointment.
