Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Worker for our Windsor Road service in England.

You will provide person-centred support to residents, helping them build daily living skills and independence in a 11-bed residential setting focused on mental health recovery.

You’ll deliver 1:1 and group interventions, liaise with external professionals, and maintain accurate records.

Training is provided for medication administration, with a supportive, values-driven team environment.
