We're looking for an experienced Recovery Coordinator (Alcohol) to join a dedicated service in Tunbridge.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver one-to-one alcohol interventions and recovery support
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and risk assessments
  • Facilitate alcohol recovery groups and community sessions
  • Engage with individuals through outreach and assertive follow-up
  • Build strong partnerships with local agencies and support services
  • Help increase treatment engagement, retention and successful recovery outcomes
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to high-quality service delivery

We're looking for someone with

  • Experience working within alcohol and/or substance misuse services
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults
  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • A person-centred, compassionate approach to supporting recovery
  • A qualification in substance misuse, counselling or social work is desirable but not essential.
