Company: Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

This is a full-time Administrator post supporting the delivery of community-based services across the Fylde Coast. The post holder will work flexibly across a range of community reception desks, providing a welcoming, professional and efficient first point of contact for patients, visitors, clinical teams and partner services.

The role will involve receiving and directing patients, managing telephone and email enquiries, booking patients in on arrival, arranging follow-up appointments, updating patient information on Trust systems and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception areas. The post holder will also provide general administrative support to clinical teams as required, ensuring accurate communication, confidentiality and high standards of customer service at all times.
