As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily routines, activities, and educational experiences for children in a safe and caring environment, utilising your skills and experience to provide high-quality childcare and education.

Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for candidates with a passion for working with children and education, a fun, engaging, and creative personality, and the ability to travel around Reading for nursery placements. Ideally, you will have a Level 2 childcare qualification, although this is not essential for individuals looking to start a career in the early years sector. You should be committed to providing high-quality childcare and education, and be able to work effectively as part of a team to support the development of children.
