- Degree or equivalent experience
- Specialist knowledge acquired through post graduate short courses, training or equivalent experience, in a relevant field
- Leadership Qualification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously to deliver high quality and evidence-based medical staffing advice and expertise
- Experience in making complex recruitment processes and ideally the appointment process for Consultant Medical Staffing
- Experience in rota development, management and pay processes
- Ability to travel to multiple sites with minimal impact on daily productivity.
