We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Collection & Delivery Driver position based in Reading, Berkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers with experience in the automotive sector to join a reputable organisation committed to employee development and workplace excellence.

Competitive salary up to £30,409 per annum, dependent on experience. Late shift allowance included. 23 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off. Duties as a Driver:

  • Safely collecting and delivering customer vehicles in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conducting road tests, brake tests, and supporting workshop activities.
  • Assisting in maintaining workshop and yard standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Supporting team members with additional onsite tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Collection & Delivery Driver role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proactive and team-focused attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
