We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Collection & Delivery Driver position based in Reading, Berkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers with experience in the automotive sector to join a reputable organisation committed to employee development and workplace excellence.

Duties as a Driver:
- Safely collecting and delivering customer vehicles in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducting road tests, brake tests, and supporting workshop activities.
- Assisting in maintaining workshop and yard standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Supporting team members with additional onsite tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Collection & Delivery Driver role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proactive and team-focused attitude.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
