About the role of Project Manager
Project Manager , you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major new build scheme in Rayleigh.
Working closely with the site team, commercial department, design consultants, and subcontractors, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Lead and manage the delivery of a major new build construction project.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage client relationships and attend regular progress meetings.
- Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate design, commercial, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and health & safety compliance.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and project controls.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and project teams effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable.
