Join HR GO Recruitment in Ramsgate and build a long-term career in recruitment with structured training, real responsibility and a supportive, award-winning team. You'll learn on the job while completing our Recruiter Development Programme and fully funded qualifications: a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment Practice and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment.

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and local clients across temporary and permanent recruitment
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals and social platforms
  • Screen, interview and support candidates from first contact through to offer and start
  • Support business development activity and learn how to win new clients
  • Learn and apply recruitment compliance and best practice to protect candidates, clients and HR GO
  • Work towards sales and service targets with coaching and clear development goals
