We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst / Sub-Process Lead with SAP PS experience to support an ongoing SAP project. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who can bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into effective SAP processes and solutions. As you will be working with colleagues across Australia and the US, some flexibility around working hours will be required.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the project, working with stakeholders across the UK, US and Australia. You will be responsible for helping manage project scope, requirements, risks and delivery, while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between business users and technical teams during the SAP implementation
- Understand and communicate SAP functionality and process changes to different audiences
- Facilitate project planning sessions covering scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress, budgets and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements and project objectives are clearly understood
- Help ensure the project delivers measurable business value
- Simplify complex SAP and technical information for non-technical stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally including Project System Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Sub-Process Lead experience
- Strong project and process management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing project scope, resources, risks and deliverables
- The ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A degree or equivalent level of education/experience
