A medium sized care home in Radcliffe is seeking passionate and reliable Care Workers to help them provide exemplary round-the-clock care. Set in a house with huge modern gardens and plenty of well-appointed terraced areas for residents to enjoy, staff at the home specialise in respite and dementia care for those with age-related conditions.
In this role, you will be:
- Following care plans to help residents reach their personal goals
- Ensuring that personal care is always a priority to promote comfort and dignity
- Maintaining household duties and condition update reports
- Helping staff to run fun activities, from scrabble mornings to accompanied walks in the park

For this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
- A passion to make a difference
- Due to the location of the role, access to own transport is preferable
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
This is an ongoing role working Saturdays and/or Sundays on the following shifts: 08:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00 depending on the clients.
