Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Leicester City from September 2026.
This opportunity would suit a qualified teacher looking for either flexible supply work or a more consistent long-term placement.
The school is looking for someone who can quickly establish positive relationships, maintain high classroom standards and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
As a Primary Teacher, you will
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Teach across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, depending on experience.
- Provide engaging and appropriately differentiated learning.
- Establish clear expectations for behaviour and learning.
- Monitor pupil progress and respond to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom.
- Develop strong professional relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
- Follow school procedures relating to safeguarding, behaviour and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupils' ongoing development.
