This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticultural professional to play a key role in supporting curriculum delivery, leading innovative growing practices and helping develop the next generation of horticultural talent.
As our Horticulture Resource Coordinator, you will:
- Manage day-to-day horticultural and glasshouse resources.
- Support staff and students during practical and theory sessions.
- Take ownership of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and compliance.
- Supervise apprentices and student workers, where required.
- Manage stock control, ordering and resource budgets.

What you will bring to the role:
- Relevant horticultural industry experience.
- A Level 2 qualification in Horticulture (or equivalent).
- Experience supervising groups and supporting learners.
- Knowledge of horticultural health and safety legislation.
- Practical experience of machinery operation and horticultural practices.
