  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Human Resources Maintain employee personnel records and confidential HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, issuing contracts, and onboarding new staff.
  • Monitor mandatory training, DBS checks, professional registrations, and appraisals.
  • Assist with employee absence management and maintain leave records.
  • Support HR policies and procedures in accordance with employment legislation and practice requirements.
  • Liaise with external HR advisors when required.
  • Health & Safety Maintain the practice Health & Safety management system and associated records.
  • Coordinate risk assessments and ensure actions are completed and reviewed.
  • Monitor accident and incident reporting processes.
  • Organise fire safety checks, drills, and equipment testing schedules.
  • Support workplace audits and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Governance Support CQC compliance and evidence gathering for inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and information governance requirements.
  • Maintain business continuity and emergency planning documentation.
  • Assist with safeguarding administration and statutory compliance requirements.
  • General Administration Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for management meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and Partners
