- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Human Resources Maintain employee personnel records and confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, issuing contracts, and onboarding new staff.
- Monitor mandatory training, DBS checks, professional registrations, and appraisals.
- Assist with employee absence management and maintain leave records.
- Support HR policies and procedures in accordance with employment legislation and practice requirements.
- Liaise with external HR advisors when required.
- Health & Safety Maintain the practice Health & Safety management system and associated records.
- Coordinate risk assessments and ensure actions are completed and reviewed.
- Monitor accident and incident reporting processes.
- Organise fire safety checks, drills, and equipment testing schedules.
- Support workplace audits and implementation of corrective actions.
- Compliance & Governance Support CQC compliance and evidence gathering for inspections.
- Monitor compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and information governance requirements.
- Maintain business continuity and emergency planning documentation.
- Assist with safeguarding administration and statutory compliance requirements.
- General Administration Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for management meetings.
