The predicted salary is between 38233 - 46729 £ per year.
The post will be based at Osprey Court in South Bristol but there may be a requirement to work across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) area. We have a hybrid working policy which requires staff to work a minimum of 2 days in the office, within general practice or at locations of our system partners.
The postholder will be responsible for supporting the effective running of the GPCB. They will ensure robust administration, governance and accountability processes for the Board and associated workstreams and contracts. They will support meaningful engagement and representative general practice participation in NHS-wide programmes of work.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To manage the process for clinical and non-clinical lead participation and accountability in Integrated Care System workstreams, including identifying representatives, creating meeting rotas, ensuring attendance and feedback, and managing invoicing processes.
- To support all activities relating to the governance of the GPCB and how it relates to One Care, practices, and the Integrated Care System.
- To provide administrative support to GPCB clinical leadership team, including arranging and administrating meetings and other administrative tasks.
- To implement the feedback and communication processes between general practice, the GP Collaborative Board and the BNSSG health and care system (golden thread).
- To manage the GPCB inbox.
- To shape and set up governance and engagement processes, inform best practice, elevate issues and monitor evaluation.
- To ensure robust administration of GPCB meetings, including diary management, preparation of agendas and minutes.
- To ensure robust administration of GPCB programme committees, including diary management, agendas and minutes.
- To ensure robust administration of GP locality forum meetings, including diary management, agenda and minutes for both online and in person meetings.
- To produce resources to support communication with GPCB members, general practice and system partners.
- To be able to provide full business continuity within the GPCB office team to cover GPCB office responsibilities and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Essential: Demonstrable experience in a senior administration or project support role.
- Essential: Demonstrable experience of working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Desirable: Knowledge of health service, including primary care.
- Desirable: Knowledge of and recent experience of current developments in NHS.
- Desirable: Recognised project management qualification e.g APM, Prince2, Agile or demonstrable equivalent experience.
