We’re looking for a Process Operator to join our production team and play a key role in creating some of the UK’s most loved biscuits. At FBC UK, we bring together iconic brands such as Maryland, Fox’s, Jammie Dodgers, and Rocky, alongside manufacturing partnerships with major retailers. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our bakery operations, where you’ll be involved in the full biscuit‑making process—from mixing and moulding through to baking and finishing. Your Role in Creating Quality Bakes
- Set up and operate equipment such as rotary moulders, ovens, and chocolate enrobers to produce biscuits to specification.
- Check oven programmes, profiles, and recipe sheets to ensure correct production settings.
- Prepare and manage ingredients using touchscreen systems in line with recipes.
- Monitor products throughout the process, identifying and responding to any deviations from quality standards.
- Adjust machinery as needed to maintain performance and product consistency, reporting any faults promptly.
- Complete and maintain control sheets, ensuring colour and quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across your work area, ensuring cleanliness of both equipment and environment.
