The Homeless Prevention Officer role is based at Tameside Housing Advice, Ashton-U-Lyne, within Tameside Council. You will assess housing need, develop Personal Housing Plans, and coordinate early interventions to prevent homelessness while supporting vulnerable residents under current legislation.
We expect strong multitasking, analytical thinking, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a team. Fluency in English is essential; basic disclosure procedures apply.
