What You'll Be Doing

Holding overall accountability for EBITDA performance, revenue growth and end-to-end P&L delivery.

Developing compelling value propositions that strengthen Clarity's position within target markets.
Building and optimising customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies to drive commercial performance.
Using market intelligence, competitor analysis and performance data to shape strategic decisions and future growth plans.
Partnering with finance teams to manage budgets, forecast revenue and deliver financial objectives.
Leading cross-functional teams across commercial, operational, clinical, finance and marketing functions to achieve business goals.
Building strong relationships with strategic stakeholders, referral partners, customers and industry leaders.
Representing Clarity at business events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Establishing performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting processes to monitor progress and drive accountability.
